We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who can connect the Front of the House, Back of the House, and Administrative roles to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience. As we look to create a more immersive guest experience we are looking for someone looking to help us improve our overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Staff: Help the team provide a top-notch dining experience with a positive attitude.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints and staffing issues promptly, involving the management team as needed.
- Communication: Use excellent communication skills and attention to detail to manage interactions effectively.
- Financial Management: Focus on driving EBITA and maintaining operational efficiency in labor and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service operations, including tiki cocktails.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Toast point of sale, 7Shifts, OpenTable, and reading profit and loss sheets.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local liquor laws and restaurant liabilities.
- Health Standards: Knowledge of health, sanitation, and safety standards.
Schedule:
This role requires closing duties three (3) to four (4) nights a week, this may include weekends.

Pay Range - $65,000 - $70,000 based upon experience
