- Use effective communication to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Facilitate seamless in-person registration processes.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of office policies and principles of biological dentistry through clear communication.
- Efficiently manage appointments using both digital and traditional scheduling methods.
- Provide detailed information about appointments, procedures, and preliminary steps through various communication channels, highlighting our biological dental approach.
- Patient Records Management:
- Manage patient records with attention to detail.
- Collect and document relevant information in both digital and paper formats.
- Manage the billing and insurance process with a focus on clear communication.
- Explain billing procedures and insurance coverage to patients, offering assistance both in person and digitally.
- Provide in-depth information about biological dentistry procedures through various communication methods.
- Communicate our commitment to holistic oral health in both digital and in-person formats, highlighting the unique features of our biological dental practice.
- Training will be available to learn about biological dentistry.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients post-appointment for feedback using both digital and traditional communication.
- Address concerns and ensure a seamless experience through various channels, reinforcing our commitment to biological dentistry.
- Coordinate the flow of patients through the office with clear communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflows for efficiency, utilizing both digital and in-person communication.
- Maintain effective communication with patients through email, phone, online portals, and in-person interactions.
- Utilize various communication methods to reschedule appointments and follow up on treatment plans, integrating our biological dental principles.
- Perform various administrative tasks with a focus on clear communication.
- Manage communication, office supplies, and other administrative functions.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, with a focus on maintaining clear and secure communication within the scope of biological dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dental office administration with a focus on effective communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both in-person and digital interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance/billing practices, especially within a biological dental context.
