Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, are seeking a highly skilled IAM Manager to oversee a clients Identity and Access Management operations. The ideal candidate will have over five years of IT or security management experience in a medium to large company, with expert knowledge of Azure Entra and Active Directory. Experience with managing privileged access and IAM systems, specifically Delinea and SailPoint, is essential. The role also requires strong enterprise-level project management skills and the ability to work in the Houston office most of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IAM team, ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IAM systems, including Azure Entra, Active Directory, Delinea, and SailPoint.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure secure and efficient access to company resources.
- Manage privileged access, ensuring that high-risk access is monitored, controlled, and compliant with security policies.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IAM projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processes and systems to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support for complex IAM issues, ensuring quick resolution.
- Stay current with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve IAM operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT or security management experience in a medium or larger size company.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Entra and Active Directory.
- Proven experience managing privileged access and IAM systems, specifically Delinea and SailPoint.
- Strong enterprise-level project management experience, with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Knowledge of additional IAM tools and technologies.
- Experience in developing and delivering IAM training programs.
Location:
- Must reside in the Houston area and be willing to work in the office most of the time.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
