Scope of Position
The Compliance Credentialing Representative is responsible for reviewing and vetting all new accounts post registration, as well as clients requesting reactivation of existing disabled accounts for multiple Cisive business units. The Credentialing Representative follows internal rules and protocols established to support the safeguarding of client and corporate data and resources while playing a pivotal role in ensuring that companies are granted access to FCRA regulated data. This role also involves managing relationships with clients, internal teams and vendors. The Credentialing Representative also maintains the integrity and confidentiality of all information gathered during the credentialing process.
Essential Job Duties

Responsible for timely completion of credentialing and onboarding of accounts within the established SLA.

Proficiency in using a range of internal tools and internet research to acquire information, analyze results and update internal files.

Management of high volume of email and telephone contact with clients, internal support departments and vendors.

Accurate data entry into multiple databases.

Maintain accurate records and related documentation of all credentialing activities.

Prepare and assist with required vendor audits.

Address and resolve issues relating to credentialing delays or discrepancies with clients and internal teams.

Contribute to the development and updating of credentialing policies and procedures.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.

Coordinate with Compliance Manager as necessary to resolve complex compliance issues.

Education & Qualification Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in background screening industry preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing assignments to completion and the demands of multiple projects.

Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools required.
