**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Service Manager to oversee our front of house service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits. A service manager would be focused on the guest experience and the service team performance based on the guidelines of our training.
**Duties:**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, shift planning and execution and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials that meet customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in food service management, including knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Proficiency in POS systems, preferably TOAST POS, for order processing and sales tracking.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
