We are looking for an **EXPERIENCED** team-player who will be responsible for our parts department, including but not limited to: parts identification, ordering, communication with vendors, suppliers, mirror matching, returning parts (driving parts back to dealerships and following up by phone to ensure they pick up parts,) following up on and collecting credits, posting & procurement are required.

Responsibilities
- Work with vendors to locate and order correct parts, keep management system updated daily with fresh ETAs on parts that did not arrive on time
- Receive and mirror match parts, and inspect for quality and accuracy
- Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians in accordance with the production schedule
- Maintain prompt returns of unneeded parts and work with vendors daily to ensure they promptly credit our account as required
- Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
- Attend/collaborate with team and in production meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with automotive parts or shipping/receiving in a body shop environment
- Dependable, don't apply if there's a history of being habitually late or unreliable. Must be in the building and able to clock in several minutes before your clock in time
- MUST HAVE clean driving record, and have had your driver's license for a minimum of five years. This position requires picking up parts and delivering back parts daily in a company owned vehicle. No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years minimum
- Solid problem-solving abilities and self-motivated
- Computer software, comfortable in Excel, E-mail, Microsoft Office
- Exceptional follow up and organizational skills, must keep parts room organized and labeled
- Attention to detail mirror matching parts, making sure correct part is received even if box is mislabeled, you can compare new part to old and see if it is an exact match or not
- Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work well with others and achieve common goals
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
