Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with PPA. Must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Project Management
- This role is responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are best in class and delivered on time. Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones.
- Communication
- Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes. Proactively seeking opportunities to go above and beyond for clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related work experience and solid knowledge within their functional area.
- High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as independent business owner.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
We are an online learning industry company seeking an experienced and communicative Account Manager to join our team. This role involves maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
As the Account Manager, you will collaborate with the internal team to develop persuasive strategies and pitches to engage potential clients. You will also create plan for marketing materials and assist in various business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about online courses, excels in communication, and possesses strong project management skills.
Reporting to the CEO of online course, this position will work closely with the CEO and the creator. This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days/week required onsite in our office in Los Angeles, CA.
