Willow Oaks Country Club is currently seeking a Member Dining Manager to join our dynamic team! This position works in tandem with our Food & Beverage Director to oversee operations in our fine dining and bar & grill restaurants as well as three private dining rooms. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic people person with exceptional organizational skills, a high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. Candidates should be comfortable engaging others with warmth and sincerity to make a stellar first impression as well as making connections with staff and members. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of a-la-carte management experience and plans to pursue a career path in hospitality and/or private clubs.
Our Member Dining Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and regular training classes for all front-line staff
- Maintains a highly visible presence with members, guests, and staff throughout meal service.
- Helps ensure that daily operations always run smoothly, and maximum quality and service is received by all members and guests.
- Works with Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef regarding member dining activities at the Club.
- Updates point of sales system and maintains accuracy of available options.
- Supports the Food & Beverage Director on all beer, liquor, and wine management, including sales promotions in the dining rooms.
- Ensures that all Alcoholic Beverage Control & food safety policies and regulations are followed.
- Monitor or manage physical inventory and provides updated information to the Accounting Department
- Incentivizes and engages serving staff appropriately.
- Attends all F&B meetings and Banquet meetings.
- Ensure that all opening, running, and closing duties are complete in a timely manner and to standards.
- Sets the standard for cleanliness and organization of the outlets and ensures the standards are maintained.
- Enforce employee dress code according to policy
- Operates within budgeted guidelines.
- Works with Club Management in developing and implementing the proper financial controls to aid in all aspects of the Clubhouse operation.
- Assists as a supervisor in any area of Club food service as required.

- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels both in and outside of the organization
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week. 5-day work weeks are the norm, occasionally you’ll be asked to work a 6-day week.
- Flexibility to work various shifts for an operation open 364 days of the year – availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays are required based on business needs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk & climb steps for long periods of time, up to 8 - 10 hours. Ability to use hands to grasp, handle, or feel. Ability to talk and hear others. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near & far vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Starting range for this position is $55,000 - $58,000. This position does not offer remote work options. Successful background check and drug test required prior to hire.
