POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be a part of the TruDataRx clinical and client solutions teams, a multinational group of physicians, pharmacists, and scientists. This team collaborates closely to complete comparative effectiveness analyses according to the TruDataRx Clinical Process and translate that data into actionable pharmacy benefit strategies for our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the main contact for our clients, providing expertise and coordinating internal resources as needed, working closely with the VP of Client Solutions and CEO on strategic direction of client experience and with client analysts on the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Work with the CEO and Business Development team to prospect and close sales opportunities
- Manage the implementation of TruDataRx services for clients while marshaling the right resources from across TruDataRx and from outside stakeholders
- Participate in strategy development for channel sales opportunities
- Evaluate comparative effectiveness reviews for formulary management opportunities
- Present comparative effectiveness data and resulting formulary recommendations at client meetings
- Generate formulary change order forms via GPI coding
- Analyze pharmacy claims data for savings opportunities
- Assist with prioritization and design of comparative effectiveness questions, incorporating client priorities, trends in claims data, new to market drugs, etc.
- Manage escalated medication related patient concerns with compassion and accountability
- Support Prior Authorization criteria development and adjudication when needed
- Act as a drug information resource/SME for the client team as they handle client requests and questions

REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed clinician (e.g. Pharmacist, Nurse, etc)
- Self-motivated and able to work in a virtual environment
- A passion for learning and growth
- Ability to meticulously follow processes as well as a passion for constantly improving processes
- The ability to effectively operate both independently and in a team environment
- Strong clinical skills and ability to critically evaluate clinical data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in client facing role or desire to develop into client facing role

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
