Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and in-person, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service operations and consistent information flow.
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
