Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will not only promote and sell our pest control services but also play a key role in nurturing leadership skills among our sales team. You will have the opportunity to travel within your assigned territory, inspire your team members, and contribute to their professional growth.
This is a full-time Sales Representative role with RISE Partners. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial customers by going door to door. This includes identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Sales Presentations: Present and explain our Pest Control services to potential new customers, highlighting benefits and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers by canvassing assigned neighborhoods and identifying homes that may need pest control.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Closing Sales: Secure contracts and agreements for our Pest Control services, ensuring contracts are completed accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our Pest Control products and services we offer.
- Training and Developments: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales is a plus but not required.
- Work outside for 8+ hours in the day.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
