Health Intelligence Company, LLC d/b/a Blue Health Intelligence seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager in Chicago, IL.
Duties:
Develop and implement Health Provider’s analytics roadmap, lifecycle, and execute on building our provider analytics product strategy. Develop products and solutions using our wealth of
data into actional insights and recommendations for health plans to improve financial performance, health outcomes and health equity. Work collaboratively as part of the product
leadership team to drive expansion, roadmap development, and prioritization. Provide subject matter expertise and work hands-on with cross functional delivery pod to translate business
needs into innovative solutions. Support the software development life cycle including requirements definition, use case scenarios, data visualizations, and acceptance testing to help
ensure methodologies are appropriately and effectively integrated, applied, visualized, and documented. Drive acceptance testing requirements to ensure provider solution is appropriately
tested and to ensure value, differentiators, and performance can be articulated in the market. Engage in customer-facing activities such as customer training, customer visits, conferences,
consultative engagements, ROI analysis, and workgroups.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of experience in Healthcare data analytics or related occupation.
This position requires 3 years of experience with each of the following skills:
- Structured query language (SQL) to manipulate and draw insight from large healthcare claims datasets;
- Creating engaging visualizations in Tableau;
- Working with healthcare data sources including claims data and electronic medical record data; - Managing data and analytic product roadmaps and overseeing product lifecycles end-to-end;
- Healthcare data analytics using claims and enrollment data.
