HRIS Administrator
Inceed has partnered with a growing metal construction company to help find a skilled HRIS Administrator to join their team!
This individual will assist the company with implementing a new HRIS system, and following the implementation, will continue with ongoing support to the company of 1000+ employees.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for the HRIS implementation, facilitating communication between HR, IT, and other relevant departments.
- Lead the transition from paper-based HR processes to digital systems, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Configure and customize the HRIS platform to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization, including but not limited to employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the HRIS system, including troubleshooting and resolving user inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to HR technology and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience participating in an HRIS implementation project is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP etc.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing HRIS platforms to meet organizational needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Other Information:
- This role will require an onsite schedule in the East Houston area. The role can become hybrid after a the implementation project is completed.
- This role is structured as a contract-to-hire, temp to hire.
