Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns for sales and promotions
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
