Job Title: Assistant Site Manager - Mesquite location!
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and train both new and existing employees in accordance with company standards

Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staffing requirements

Support the Site Manager in daily operations and decision-making

Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, discipline, dismissal, and performance management processes

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly and effectively

Cultivate community relationships through active participation in events, including parades and fundraisers

Identify and resolve wash issues to ensure optimal operational performance

Conduct basic equipment maintenance and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality

Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and rewarding workplace culture

Perform administrative duties including paperwork, inventory management, and documentation

Emphasize and practice safety and security measures, conducting periodic reviews

Maintain excellent site appearance through regular checks and adherence to cleaning protocols
