Description:
The role of the Relationship Manager requires developing a portfolio of new customers, as well as managing any preexisting relationships that are currently in place. Your goal is to prospect and acquire new customers, as well as grow the activity levels of current customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a very professional demeanor, be customer service oriented, and comfortable using multiple sales tactics, including, but not limited to: tele-sales, customer visits and conference/conventions. A strong understanding and experience selling into the commercial equipment finance space is a necessity.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Develop new origination opportunities in the Vendor space.
2. Maintain direct working relationships with existing customer base.
3. Grow the UniFi Equipment Finance portfolio and franchise by successfully utilizing professional selling skills and providing exceptional service to our client base.
4. Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling preferred.
5. Prepare proposals and negotiate terms in compliance within established policies.
6. Educate and advise UniFi EF stakeholders on vendor’s characteristics, needs and servicing of those needs.
7. Enthusiastic and Positive outgoing personality as a brand ambassador of UniFi Equipment Finance.
8. Create and maintain contact notes and records CRM.
9. Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in commercial equipment finance sales.
2. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with vendors and direct customers.
4. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
5. Self-starter who needs little management, just a track to run on.
6. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
7. High level of integrity and work ethic.
8. Experience with customer relationship management software.
