As a Product Manager at ChartRequest, you will be responsible for informing, influencing, and owning our 15-step product development lifecycle: product roadmap, stakeholder request review, epic and story estimation, technical story requirements, software development, quality assurance/testing, deployment, and retrospective review. The goal is product-led growth via a squad based, agile product & engineering team. You will also work closely with the team to ideate and lead discussions pertaining to the continued development and architecture of the ChartRequest products as well as lead our product & engineering teams to ensure both consistency and quality across all software releases.
In addition to developing and maintaining the ChartRequest product, you will work cross-functionally within the ChartRequest team to understand broader product and engineering initiatives and how the engineering team can have an impact on the shared vision of the business. This position reports directly to the VP of Product at ChartRequest
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the Product and Development teams and functions alongside the Management Team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) specific to: Application Development, Application Architecture, Product Development, and Product Planning;
- Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, IT Operations, and Finance functions alongside the ELT) to drive all Product-led Growth initiatives;
- Lead, manage, and support the ChartRequest OS 16 Step Product/Development process from Stakeholder Interviews, Product Planning, Product Design, Product Development, QA, and Communication;
- Create, review, manage, distribute, and measure all Product and Development deliverables and communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring;
- Create new, and manage, existing Product & Development roadmaps, scorecards, and systems dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and Product/Development KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems);
- Manage and support data drive decision making for Product-led growth
- Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective Product Release communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization and the ChartRequest User Community to drive behavioral change and Product-led Growth.
- Nurture, lead and manage the ChartRequest client-based Product Advisory Council alongside the Head of Product and the Head of Accounts.
- Represent the interests of our users and market throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging insights from user and market research to identify product enhancements and drive informed, user-centered decisions.
- Lead and manage weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assistance with goal setting across your functional teams of Product & Development.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B Product or Product Design Experience and experience targeting Enterprise customers, preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred)
- Experience with our Product/Dev Stack is preferred: AWS, Ruby, Rails, Node, JavaScript, ReactJS, Postgresql, Linux, Github, Jira, Figma (Preferred)
- Background in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (Preferred)
- Experience mentoring engineers and product analyst and influencing best practices practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
- High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred)
Compensation. This role is a sales role with commission based performance. The base compensation will be between $80,000 - $100,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $90,000 - $115,000 dependent on leadership and management experience. Prior management experience is a requirement for this role.
Hybrid Policy. You can live wherever you'd like, but you must commute at your own expense to our office in Atlanta, GA - approximately 6 times per year.
