Job description
We have a fun and family oriented out patient clinic providing remote Physical Therapy telehealth. We specialize in treating acute patients with injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. We are currently seeking Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a people person and enjoy what they do. The primary duties will be to provide patient-centered care and rehabilitation treatment to individuals in need of physical therapy via Telehealth. The ideal PTA for this position will start out part time and gradually work into a full time position. New Grads welcome
Duties:
- Deliver personalized treatment plans created by supervising DPT based on patients' medical history and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Monitor and document patients' progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
