Job Summary:
As a water truck driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of water within the oilfield water services industry. You'll play a vital role in supporting drilling operations and other crucial activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all safety regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Transport water to designated locations within the oilfield using a water truck, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your water truck and trailer, ensuring safe operation and identifying any potential issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with our dispatch team, providing updates on your location, status, and any questions or concerns.
- Follow all company safety protocols and best practices for hauling hazardous materials.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Valid CDL-A Driver's License with a Hazmat Endorsement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Driving Record (MVR)
- Valid Utah Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years of experience hauling liquids with a tanker truck (strongly preferred)
- Experience working in the oilfield industry (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment and trucks
- Current DOT Physical Exam
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods
