This started with saving 2 kittens on Craigslist, providing needed medical care, then finding them perminant homes. This now has expanded to saving thousands a year.
Animal Control Services- We are the contracted Animal Control Agency for the City of Blue Springs. We operate their shelter and employ 4 Animal Control Officers to enforce all city and state animal laws while protecting the welfare of animals and citizens.
Animal Education- We work with local school districts in the classroom promoting animal care and safety. We work with the Blue Springs School District and teach part of their Veterinary Assistant curriculum in our facilities 5 days a week in a partnership with a local community collage.
We are supported by 400 plus volunteers and around 100 fosters for our animals in rescue.
