Customer Support Specialist – Itasca, IL
$50,000 - $55,000/Annually – Plus full benefits and bonus potential!

Our products are sold in thousands of stores across the country. As we are quickly growing, we are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to add to our team. In this position, you will be focusing on relationship building with customers and providing top tier customer support. You will be dealing with order entry, processing credits and returns, and answering inquiries related to our products.
Responsibilities:
- Use our business ERP system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders and make changes to customer purchase orders as directed
- Track and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders through our ERP system
- Work closely with warehouse expeditors regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments
- Process returns and credit requests; ensure all required documentation is obtained and forwarded to the customer
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided promptly and ethically
- Generate and maintain accurate required documentation for our internal systems; such as customer account information, orders, proof of delivery, etc.
- Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop ideas that help the organization improve customer service, systems, and procedures
Basic Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience within an office setting is required; experience within manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
