Identify, source, and purchase computer hardware to meet company objectives.

Set up and maintain hardware devices such as mobile phones, handheld devices, laptops, desktops, and tablets.

Manage computer hardware inventory and provide help desk support to 100+ end users.

Maintain networking switch, firewall, and access points.

Manage current software/programs, ensuring proper updates and security of systems in place.

Source new software that will improve the efficiency of both our Home Office and field operations.

Manage purchasing and maintenance of software such as Office 365, Google Docs/Sheets, Adobe PDF licensing.

Manage phone accounts for office and cellular.

Manage cloud-based functions such as storing and backing up data, email accounts, etc.

Maintain user rights, access, and maintenance.

Maintain corporate internet and WiFi accounts and accessibility.

Contribute to project management initiatives.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
