Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a beauty retail setting - Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and preferences - Upsell and cross-sell beauty products to maximize sales - Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on product features and benefits - Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed - Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers Requirements: - Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus - Basic math skills for cash register transactions and inventory management - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage - Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends and new products Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
