Job Title: Overnight Truck Unloader and Chicken Ration Specialist
Location: Chick-fil-A, 95/264
Work Schedule: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday Night - Saturday Morning
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Overnight Truck Unloader and Chicken Ration Specialist to join our Chick-fil-A team. This role is crucial to ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly by receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries, and preparing chicken rations for the day ahead. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Truck Unloading:
- Receive and unload deliveries of food products, supplies, and equipment.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against invoices and packing slips.
- Organize and store products in the appropriate areas, ensuring proper rotation and storage standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Chicken Ration Preparation:
- Accurately measure and prepare chicken rations according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met during preparation.
- Label and store prepared rations in designated areas for kitchen use.
- General Duties:
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall restaurant operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or food service industry is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
