We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media updates, email campaigns, and maintaining online listings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
