Responsibilities:
- Identifying U.S. state & local tax issues related to new business initiatives, as well as tax automation systems.
- Researching state and local income tax issues
- Preparing detailed written tax guidance and requirements for the new projects
- Manage the analysis and documentation of tax implications of new business issues
- Research and analyze tax planning ideas to determine impacts for U.S. income tax reporting
- Keep up-to-date on tax law and the organizational impact of changes
- Train and mentor team members
- Special projects as needed
Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit process, and tax law;
- Experience with preparing complicated tax returns for corporate.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to deliver on tight timelines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be able to work with multicultural team and be patience and understanding
- Be able to work with a fast paced start-up
- Experience from a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.30 per year
