The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to promptly answer, qualify and log incoming calls/emails/texts, and place service tickets into scheduling software. Pool experience beneficial but not required
Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times is required.
Day to day tasks may consist of:
- Answering customer phone calls, emails & text messages
- Transferring calls to appropriate channels
- Resolving minor customer complaints
- Processing customer service requests, forms, contracts, etc.
- Confirming scheduled service work
Requirements:
-High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft programs: outlook, word, excel

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
