Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM
What We Offer:
- Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn between $1,500 to $5,000 weekly through a structured commission plan.
- Commission Structure:
- $20 per deal for 1 - 99 deals
- $25 per deal for 100+ deals
- Additional earnings for dependents ($5 per dependent) and referrals ($20 per referral)
- CPA must be under $100 a week, or deal commission drops by $5
- Weekly CPA bonus of $100 for CPA under 70 (must have over 100 deals to qualify)
- Must work a full week shift to qualify for bonuses

Your Role:
- Strictly adhere to our sales script to achieve consistent success.
- Commit to full-time hours, demonstrating punctuality and dedication.
- Drive compliant enrollment into approved marketplace policies with a focus on maintaining low CPA.
- Consistently meet or exceed a minimum of 15 deals per day using our advanced lead generation process.
Requirements:
- Licenses: Active 215 or 240 license required.
- Certification: Must have valid FFM certification for 2024 and be licensed in 15+ states.
- Experience: Capable of managing a minimum of 15 deals per day, with experience in poverty SEP leads, TLD, and Health Sherpa platforms.
