We are backed by some of the best investors, sports & entertainment properties, and operators in the world. Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics’ global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and 81+ million reachable fans – to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.
Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned Transformation Ops leader to own some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization’s strategic manufacturing & operations roadmap. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Sr Director, Transformation & Product Ops who reports directly to Collectibles’ Global SVP of Manufacturing. Given the team’s end-to-end mandate, this role will be expected to 1) own the evaluation / scoping / strategic analysis of potential operations initiatives as well as 2) to drive end-to-end execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with world-class strategic & analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, experience leading and growing teams, and a clear team-first mindset. Within the first 6 months, you will…
- Own multiple high-impact business initiatives simultaneously and work cross-functionally to ensure executional / strategic success
- Set goals, drive large programs & analytics, present progress updates, and deliver recommendations to the CSO, SVP Manufacturing, & Other VPs
- Work with BizOps, Transformation, Project Management, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to identify, size, and actively prioritize all potential initiatives / opportunities on the roadmap
- Lend cross-functional support by leading / driving highly impactful, analytical, and strategic initiatives across the organization
- Provide Exec-Level analysis & recommendations to support strategic initiatives, offsites, and long-term planning
- Engage with a wide array of end-consumers and channel partners to further Collectibles’ knowledge base and thought leadership within the industry
The Ideal Candidate:
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based (or willingness to relocate)
- 5-7 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops / Strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar. MBA Preferred.
- Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
- Team-first management mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems collaboratively with their direct reports
- Superior project management skills, with ability to apply a structured approach across multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong intellectual horsepower; superior reasoning and analytical skills, proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies.
