The Beverage Supervisor provides Food & Beverage services throughout the golf club, including the restaurant, snack bar, beverage cart, etc. The Beverage Supervisor’s responsibilities include assisting the Beverage Manager in front-of-house scheduling, inventory control, and supports events/tournaments with food & beverage services. The Beverage Supervisor reports directly to the Beverage Manager.

- Have flexibility in their schedule and is required to assist/adjust as needed.
- Assist the Beverage Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day Restaurant & Bar Operations.
- Assist the Beverage Manager in managing the front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Serve guests from the club’s restaurant, snack bar, or beverage cart based on business need.
- Present a clean and orderly bar, restaurant, beverage carts, and storage areas with front-of-house presence.
- Represent the golf club in a professional & friendly manner and exhibit pride in the success of the golf course to guests, staff, and any other parties.
- Work on the floor as it comes first before any duties. When leaving the floor, they must alert the on-site food & beverage staff.
- Enhance & strengthen guest relationships, established and new.
- Conduct pre-shifts for daily communication with all staff.
- Ensure the food & beverage operation is in accordance with the standards set by CDN Golf Management.
- Maintain control of team member uniforms, ensuring that uniforms & nametags are always worn and kept in proper condition/readily available at all times.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3+ years of F&B experience in a high-volume facility managing multiple orders at once.
- Excellent Organizational, Communication, Guest Service, & Supervisory skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
