1. Experience in Construction Trades:
Prior experience and proficiency in various construction trades such as carpentry, painting, tiling, drywalling, or general contracting.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively, including overseeing projects, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to team members.
3. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in painting and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
-Project Management: Aide in all aspects of remodeling projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
-Team Leadership: Provide support to our crew, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper allocation of resources and efficient workflow.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction and remodeling work exceeds quality standards and manage client expectations. Implement quality control measures to minimize errors, defects, and rework during the construction process.
-Client Relations: Serve as point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle while communicating with Project Manager. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, communication, and responsiveness.
-Project Cost Management: Assist i monitoring project expenses, budgets, and financial performance, identifying opportunities to control costs and maximize profitability.
-Construction Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily check-ins and progress reports, work orders, and bid accusations.
-Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction and remodeling. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within the business operations. **Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills, technical expertise, and industry knowledge.**
