Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Create a rotational calling/email process to contact each eligible branch of the customer and district managers to sell and replenish selected ACG branded products.
- As directed, participate in centrally managed outreach campaigns contacting customers via a call queue.
- Understand and be familiar with the entire line of products which will enable to KAC to sell with confidence.
- Identify needs of the branch locations and working with Hybrid Sales to activate selected sku’s to be sold into the branch locations.
- Facilitate weekly analysis of call volume, sales, and conversion rates.
- Prepare sku selection and sales volume analysis to determine items which have the most success within the business model.
- Build relationships with branch decision makers and become the partner of choice to solidify the offerings and advance company business.
- Document each call in Salesforce to maintain accurate records for future contacts made to the customer.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required), college degree preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be a team player who is goal-oriented and confident, with aptitude and desire to be part of high-performing team.
- Must demonstrate an ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others.
- Self-starter and intrinsically motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have outstanding communication skills, specifically verbal communication.
- Resilient: able to accept “no” when necessary and move on to next sale.
- A strong closer who can overcome objections and win.
- Knowledge of a second language is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable with technology including Sales Force, Microsoft Office, Email and advanced features on mobile phone.
- Detail oriented / good listener.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Able to communicate via phone and email and to utilize each continuously for seven or more hours, (except as breaks are legally required).

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
