iCallidus is seeking a Security Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting the cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and departmental requirements while mitigating residual risks. Responsibilities include FISMA data collection and reporting, system security and authorization support, policy development and maintenance, and the creation and maintenance of HHS's Administration for Community Living, ACL Cybersecurity Playbook.
Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Compliance:

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including FISMA, and departmental cybersecurity policies.

Collect and report FISMA data to relevant stakeholders.
System Security and Authorization:

Provide support for system security and authorization processes.

Assist in the implementation of security controls and measures.
Policy Development and Maintenance:

Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Keep policies up-to-date with evolving cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Cybersecurity Playbook:

Create and maintain an ACL Cybersecurity Playbook to guide cybersecurity activities and responses.

Ensure the playbook reflects current threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in information system, computer engineering, computer science, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of FISMA and NIST SP 800-53.

5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity program management, including policy development and implementation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills to assess and communicate cybersecurity risks effectively.
