```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and specimen collection.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide case management services to patients with chronic illnesses or complex medical needs.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' overall health status.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations.
```Qualifications```
- Valid LPN license in the state of {location}.
- Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices.
- Understanding of occupational health regulations and requirements.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests accurately.
- Basic life support certification required.
- Familiarity with medical coding systems is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable.
