Summary
KLM Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking applications for an Office Coordinator. This is a full-time position with benefits package. Someone with the ability to be independent, possess strong communication and organization skills, and provide support to company divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain & update corporate certifications, i.e. Company Manuals, ISNet, QP-5, Insurances
- Maintain corporate filing systems
- Administrative & sales support
- Human Resources support
- Review contract documents and proposals
- Perform general office duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, copying/scanning, printing, document development, meeting management, and calendaring
- Identify opportunities for office improvements and design
- Other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Procedure orientated
- Experienced with reviewing contract documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
o (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.)
- Able to balance tasks and deadlines effectively
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
