Data Analyst & Coordinator – (Medical & Law Data and Relationships)
The data analyst primary function will be support the medical marketing manager on data related to business need, data on relationship strength, assist with day-to-day coordination of some of the relationships with all practices areas.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in data analysis and is ready to take on more complex projects and responsibilities. The successful candidate will leverage their skills to drive significant business decisions and strategies. As a Data Analyst you will collect data and extract actionable insights from it.
Responsibilities:
Advanced Data Analysis:
- Conduct complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business decisions.
- Develop and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Data Collection and Management:
- Oversee data integrity, validation, and cleaning processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for analysis.
- Manage databases and optimize data retrieval processes.
- Gather data from primary and secondary sources.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.
- Manage databases and data systems.
Data Analysis:
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions using techniques such as regression analysis, forecasting, and statistical testing.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Develop advanced reports and dynamic dashboards tailored to the needs of senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Present data findings and strategic insights in high-level meetings and briefings using clear and accessible language.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Present findings to stakeholders
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
- Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Reports to: Medical Marketing Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, R, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and to extract insights from data.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Educational Background: Typically, a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience working for a law firm, nice to have.
