Overview:
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and offer additional services.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately to update client information in the database.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills in all client interactions.
- Upsell products or services to existing clients to increase revenue.
- Provide sales support by assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred (Multilingual/Bilingual).
- Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and upselling strategies.
