Job Summary
As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining profitability, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through efficient management of project-related activities and resources.
Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the timely delivery of services, upgrades, and new-built projects, ensuring adherence to predefined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Robust Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to effectively track progress, anticipate potential challenges, and facilitate proactive decision-making.

Change Management: Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while mitigating associated risks.

Performance Measurement: Utilize suitable systems, tools, and methodologies to measure project performance and identify areas for optimization.

Effective Communication: Regularly report project status to relevant stakeholders and escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure transparency and alignment.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and fulfillment of project requirements.

Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records to support effective project governance and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects, services, or related production experience.

Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Characteristics
