Rudolph Friedmann LLP is seeking a law firm office manager.
The ideal candidate possesses a four-year undergraduate degree and at least five years of law firm administrative experience. This position will require strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Accounting background and experience using TABS3 Practice Management Software desired. Real estate management experience is an added plus.

Rudolph Friedmann LLP handles a wide array of commercial litigation cases. Our litigators represent clients at jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for all non-legal functions in multi-discipline law firm;
- Payment posting, weekly reporting, year-end reporting with outside accountant;
- Facilities management, including vendor relationships and cost control;
- Human resources, including onboarding all new employees, 401(k) management, hiring of non-attorney staff;
- Working with and coordinating all IT within the firm and with outside provider; and
- Special projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 5 years of law firm administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly focused
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
- Accounting background desired
- Preference to candidates with experience using TABS3 Practice Management Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
