Industrial Tool Wholesaler is now hiring an outgoing and adaptable E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Chino, CA (onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay Range: DOE $20-$25 per hour DOE
Length of Assignment: Temp-Hire

Job Duties:
High volume order processing via email, online, and phone
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and generate orders.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and terms.
Estimate or quote prices, warranties, and delivery dates.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, doing data entry, filing, etc.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service experience within the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry
Great verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin preferred but not required
Sage software experience is a plus
