CereCore Senior Support Analyst are subject matter experts in their field and/or the Core HIS Systems. This person has experience implementing their responsible application. They have a strong understanding of the workflows and understand the integration of other applications. This person is able to only build their primary application but can also build and support other applications. Key responsibilities include responding/troubleshooting client incidents logged and projects assigned to support team, insuring timely response to tickets and meeting defined SLA’s.
Delivery (75%)

Provide knowledge in your area of expertise for to assist with the resolution of helpdesk tickets logged by client.

Following defined IT Support Policy and Procedures.

Work with management and PMs to prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines

Assist in demos of the HIS
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders and Clients
-
Assist in documenting functional and technical requirements, building system tables, documenting test plans, conducting system testing, and documenting user manuals and administer training (should we break this up into service request)

Work with the clinical customers to understand their requirements and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Work with vendors to gain knowledge of their product features

Monitor system performance and report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies or inefficiencies and work with team to make recommendations

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Five or more years relevant work experience
