As the Welcome Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, directly assisting our Welcome Coordinator by engaging with potential event attendees to boost their enthusiasm and inform them about the significance and benefits of our events, outreaching and touching base with potential clients. Additionally, cold calling potential partners.
These events are focused on empowering individuals to protect their loved ones and avoid legal conflicts. This role requires someone who is proactive, technology-savvy, and possesses a charismatic personality that shines over the phone.
Attendee Engagement: Proactively call and follow up with individuals registered for upcoming events to confirm attendance, provide event details, and build excitement about the event’s value.
Cold Calling: Comfortably make cold calls to referral partners.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google, and other technology tools to manage and document interactions with potential attendees and referral partners efficiently.
Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling calls and managing calendars for the owners, focusing on outreach to referral partners and community engagement.
Feedback Collection: Collect and report feedback from calls to improve future outreach strategies and event planning.
Community Outreach: Help in creating and maintaining relationships within the community to foster a network that supports our mission.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and energize others over the phone.
- Proven ability to handle cold calling and follow-up calls with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Quick learning ability and a strong grasp of new technologies.
- Empathetic and outgoing personality, capable of understanding and addressing potential attendees' concerns and motivations.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
