Lawn Master Outdoor Living is seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Product Representative who will be responsible for representing the Lawn Master Outdoor Living brand and products offered at a big box home improvement retailer. The emphasis of this highly visible role is to quickly grow brand and program awareness through a physical presence at assigned area locations for the purpose of increasing quality lead generation by training in-stores associates about our products, maintaining displays and marketing materials. Additionally, the Product Representative will provide sales support to the Territory Manager by activities such as visiting customers’ property to obtain necessary site details such as installation site access, recording measurements, and/or taking site photos.
Working Environment:
The Lawn Master Product Representatives will work directly with our retail partner and their associates in the field. This position will cover an assigned area, so the ability and willingness to drive between multiple locations daily is essential to this role. Daily exposure to changes in temperature and humidity, including indoor/outdoor working conditions are to be expected.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- One on one and small group Product Knowledge (PK) training with both store associates and customers on features and benefits of the various products that Lawn Master sells
- Maintaining product displays and signage
- Checking and adjusting display pricing, occasionally replacing signs
- Documenting and reporting on display locations and submitting maintenance requests
- Attend occasional partner sponsored weekend events (typically Saturdays)
- Supporting sales team by visiting customers’ property to document site conditions

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate we're looking for is a self-starter, able to work independently and is a great communicator.
- A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel 70% daily, driving up to 100+ miles per day.
- Availability to work some weekends as required (mostly Saturdays)
- Basic computer skills, and the ability to access the app's that we use to schedule, complete and report store visit data and photos using our cloud-based reporting software.
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull, lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and work in retail locations without assistance.
- Big box sales / merchandising not required but considered a plus.
- Professional disposition and able to pass a national background check is required.
