Looking for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist who will provide support for all of the departments within VIVE.
The Front Desk Receptionist performs administrative duties, routes phone calls, checks in and greets all visitors to the facility. Other responsibilities include; answering the telephone and assisting in ordering and monitoring supplies, sending medical records, and assisting family visits. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Training and Experience:
1-2 years reception experience, preferred. Multi Tasking, Computer and phone skills, possible experience in mental health field.
Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES
1. Answers telephone and greets visitors.
2. Routes incoming correspondence to appropriate employees.
3. Routes statements of office and administrative purchases/expenses for payment.
4. Types reports, memos, letters, etc.
5. Make copies as assigned.
6. Assists the Office Manager in monitoring and providing the maintenance of all office equipment.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory or administrative personnel.
8. Check-in and monitor visitors for clients
9. Maintaining a clean and presentable front office
10. Assists in coordinating all communication in the facility.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
