- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working and managing in the Maintenance field, for an organization with field-based operations and teams. Experience within our MT Service and Facilities / Communities will be preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience contributing to the training and development of Facilities and Service team members.
- Professional presence and ability to communicate professionally at all levels is a must.
- Goal-oriented, studious contributor who takes extreme ownership and accountability.
- Passionate about learning, training, and development and possess an incredible customer service and growth mindset.
- Strong executor and team player with the ability to help and contribute to the team’s efforts, while also being able to work well independently and with autonomy, managing time efficiently.
