Case management assistants are responsible for overseeing several clients at a time, ensuring information is accurate, preparing and maintaining case files, and keeping detailed records of available community resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- File• Verifying individuals' information
- Ensuring referral information is accurate
- Communicating with treatment or counseling programs
- Developing assistance plans in conjunction with case workers
- Reviewing client progress
- Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans in conjunction with supervising case or social workers
- Researching newly available treatment options
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field a plus
- Minimum one year experience with a managed care organization,
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
