Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-service industry
- Strong IT and computer application skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong writing and communication skills
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling, canceling and adjusting patient appointments
- Answering and triaging phones
- Writing messages and communicating effectively
- Reviewing, filing and sending faxes
- Scanning records into patient charts
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting copays, deductibles and co-insurance at time of service
- Daily, weekly and monthly administrative projects
- Closing duties
