DreamLine is part of the American Bath Group (“ABG”) family of brands – ABG is a private-equity backed, leading provider of bathware products sold through all major channels throughout North America.
About the role
The E-commerce Marketing Director will be responsible for executing the marketing vision and strategy for ABG Ecommerce across all channels including, paid, shopping, SEO, social media, affiliate/influencer, retail media. Within this role, the individual oversee multiple teams leads related to these disciplines. Will execute a multi-brand strategy increasing equity and consumer engagement across total eCommerce, and owning and optimizing the digital shelf through both organic and paid search optimization. We are seeking a strategic marketing leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates visionary thought leadership, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgement, relationship building management, and a passion to be a change-agent motivated by making a positive impact every day.
Education and/or Experience
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital marketing/SEO experience leading an e-commerce or retail marketing operation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business required.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Manage multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Establish goals and departmental KPIs and hold teams accountable.
- Experience developing a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. Ensure adherence to brand voice and strategy across channel.
- Work closely with division leaders to ensure shared services are meeting or exceeding their individual needs.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and social platforms including Pinterest, X and Meta
- Strong analytical expertise. Proactively plan and measure analytics, using reports and data to measure and analyze campaign results, assess against goals (KPIs and ROI), identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
- Retail media experience plus
- Oversee, SEM team executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, Paid Social, and other types of paid and owned digital media.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
