Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiology, sonography, and tube feeding, with experience in hospital and home care settings. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care and case management services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Perform IV insertions and monitor intravenous therapy
- Provide education to patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to hospital standards and healthcare systems protocols
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in tube feeding techniques
- Experience in pediatric care, including toddler care
- Strong knowledge of case management principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in both hospital and home care settings
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IV insertion procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
