This is a full-time - in person role. The ideal candidate would support 3 attorneys on closings, handle due diligence for purchase/sale deals, conduct offering plan deficiency review and submissions, review loan documents and closings and meet critical deadlines.
The major duties of this job will require attention to detail, faster-than-average pace, and a collaborative work style.
Ideal candidate has prior experience with the following:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Must have basic ability to reconcile accounts and escrows
- Meeting minutes, financials and due diligence reviews for coop/condo buildings
- Managing Bank Files and Loan Officers
- Handling High Volume of Emails, Transactions
- Ability to Conduct Title Review
- Reviewing Coop and Condo Due Diligence, Meeting Minutes and Purchase/Sale Contracts
- Maintaining Banking Relationships with Lenders
- Handling and Attending Closings and Payoffs
- Providing Support to Attorneys
- Professional Demeanor
- Can Work Under Pressure
- Familiarity with Apple MAC Computers
- Must have Notary License
